Annual Meeting: WEDNESDAY October 7, 2020 7:00 pm, at the Fairfax County Newington Maintenance Facility (aka school bus garage) Training Room 6900 Newington Road, Lorton, VA 22079. Registration begins at 6:30 PM. The purpose of this Annual Membership Meeting is to elect two (2) members in good standing to two (2) year term positions on the Board of Directors.
Maximum capacity: 30 persons. Therefore, no more than one person per lot may attend the meeting. The clubhouse will be available for overflow; connected to the meeting by Zoom.
Caveats: All attendees must wear masks. Attendees must sit six feet apart. Attendees must observe social distancing before, during, and after the meeting. Tables may not be moved.
